Operating in a sustainable way for Project means creating value.

The customer at the center of every activities, the well-being of people, the protection of the environment, relationships with stakeholders, the enhancement of the territory, the creation of a network and the involvement of our supply chain: these are the fundamental pillars of Project’s Corporate Social Responsibility.

Sustainability is created by people who work in the company: our sustainable goals are shared with all Project collaborators. Moreover, we decided to create a Welfare Team to better organize and coordinate all the activities.

PEOPLE

People are the authentic value of a company and thanks to this we believe they should be cultivated and enhanced to contribute to their well-being.
Sustainability is a way of doing business that requires the involvement of everyone in the company. All these people, through the sharing of their knowledge, contribute to its evolution.

ENVIRONMENT

We are dedicating more and more time to the protection of earth and to environmental sustainability.
The focus on sustainability can also be seen in our daily routines: from recycling to the lighting devices designed to be energy-saving, to the safety and quality control of all the products that we made.
Our ethical choice: to be #prjtplasticfree. Each collaborator works hard to reduce the usage and waste of plastic, trying to substitute it, where more sustainable alternatives exist.

TERRITORY

Our connection with Corporate Social Responsibility is expressed not only through university projects, but also through collaborations with artists Associations that are close to us and through voluntary activities.

SUPPLY CHAIN

Our goal is to transmit a “sustainable and ethical fashion”. It is difficult to keep track of the entire fashion value chain, but it is our duty to ensure that it is responsible and sustainable.
The experience, the passion, the innovation of the future are the guidelines of this chain, made up of many subjects who work by sharing their skills and values.
We strongly believe in “Ghost Makers”, the project that intends to brings together all the actors of the fashion supply chain in an unique platform: business networking are very important because it means to develop the culture of sustainability.
A project that respects not only the production chain, but also people and especially employees.
